  • Lead the development and optimization of scalable global compliance processes and technology solutions, partnering with IT and cross-functional stakeholders to drive simplification, transparency, and long-term sustainment.
  • Partner with Compliance Officers and cross‑functional stakeholders (Legal, HR, Finance, IT, business leaders) to embed Compliance requirements into processes.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and performance insights to measure effectiveness, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead change management, training, and communication strategies to enable adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.

Leadership & Partnership

  • Lead and develop a global team of managers, process leads, and analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong, trusted partnerships with business units to align operational goals, compliance expectations, and technology enablement.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to Compliance and business leadership, connecting regulatory requirements to business value and outcomes.
  • Promote a global mindset anchored in ethics, operational excellence, and disciplined execution.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex Compliance or business challenges impacting program execution.
  • Identify, select, and manage external vendors, ensuring effective delivery and alignment with program objectives.
