Responsibilities

• Negotiate lease deals with dealerships on behalf of clients to secure optimal pricing and terms.
• Communicate directly with clients to understand their vehicle preferences, budget, and leasing goals.
• Provide expert advice on leasing options, including vehicle selection and lease structure.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of lease agreements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, incentives, and dealership specials.
• Build strong relationships with both clients and dealership partners to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Follow up with clients throughout the leasing process to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales, leasing, or deal negotiation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and partners.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to understand and explain complex lease terms and financial details.
• Self-motivated with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with the automotive market and lease pricing structures in Michigan.
