Deal Negotiator

As a Deal Negotiator at Lease Deal Broker, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our commitment to exceptional customer service and outstanding lease deals, helping clients navigate offers and secure the most beneficial lease agreements while embodying our mission to make auto leasing in Michigan simple, transparent, and affordable.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate lease deals with dealerships on behalf of clients to secure optimal pricing and terms.
- Communicate directly with clients to understand their vehicle preferences, budget, and leasing goals.
- Provide expert advice on leasing options, including vehicle selection and lease structure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of lease agreements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, incentives, and dealership specials.
- Build strong relationships with both clients and dealership partners to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Follow up with clients throughout the leasing process to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales, leasing, or deal negotiation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and partners.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to understand and explain complex lease terms and financial details.
- Self-motivated with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with the automotive market and lease pricing structures in Michigan.
