Salary Range: $102,000 - $149,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end flow of materials and information for a specific value stream.
• Identify and eliminate waste and bottlenecks within the value stream to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, supply chain, and quality.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the value stream and take corrective actions as needed.
• Manage resources and personnel within the value stream to optimize performance and achieve objectives.
• Foster a culture of problem-solving and continuous learning within the value stream team.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Demonstrated success in identifying and eliminating waste within manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of value stream mapping and its application in process optimization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• - Experience with advanced statistical process control (SPC) software
• - Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI, Big Data analytics)
• - Proven track record in implementing supply chain optimization initiatives
• - Experience managing cross-functional teams in a unionized environment
