Position Details
St. Clair River Elementary School within the East China School District is seeking a passionate and student-centered 5th Grade Teacher to join our elementary team. We are looking for an educator who is committed to fostering academic growth, building positive relationships with students and families, and creating an engaging classroom environment where all learners can succeed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Michigan teaching certificate with appropriate elementary endorsement(s)
- Demonstrated knowledge of elementary curriculum, instruction, and assessment practices
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Commitment to collaboration with colleagues, families, and school staff
- Experience integrating technology into daily instruction preferred
