Job Description:
The Recruiter at Minutemen Staffing is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in temporary and direct-hire positions. This role involves building relationships with clients and job seekers, managing job postings, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. The recruiter must stay organized, meet placement goals, and provide excellent customer service while matching candidates to the right opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
Compensation & Location:
- Pay starts at $18/hour, depending on experience.
- Work site is located in Madison Heights.
