Key Responsibilities

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Experience implementing or optimizing automation and Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Fluency in a second language relevant to the workforce or international operations.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
