Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and analyze operational inefficiencies and opportunities for process optimization.
• Develop, implement, and sustain continuous improvement strategies and programs.
• Coach and mentor manufacturing teams on CI methodologies, tools, and problem-solving techniques.
• Track, measure, and report on the progress and financial impact of continuous improvement projects.
• Drive cultural change towards a continuous improvement mindset across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment and successful project execution.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional improvement projects from conception to completion.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills for process analysis and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and change management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Master Black Belt Certification.
• Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Certification or significant experience in organizational change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci).
• Experience integrating Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI, automation) into continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver comprehensive CI training programs to diverse audiences.
