This position will support stakeholders as they utilize and interface with Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (OBRA) database application. This includes gaining an understanding of the requirements of OBRA, the importance of the Pre-Annual Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) process, and how the database supports this program. Primary responsibilities will include effectively processing a variety of inquiries and requests for assistance that come into the project mailbox as well as via phone calls. Answer user inquiries and phone calls regarding all non-clinical questions, support callers with technical questions regarding the database, and refer clinical inquiries to the designated contact. This position will serve as the helpdesk technician regarding the OBRA database application. Update technical trainings, identify technical training areas that need updates, identify stakeholder training needs, and run queries and assemble reports as instructed. Assist the OBRA Database Analyst, in collaboration with the DTMB liaison, in various duties related to implementation and maintenance activities of the OBRA IT application.
