Salary Range: $137,000 - $188,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage plant P&L, budgets, and operational costs.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Fluency in a second language relevant to the local workforce or international operations.
• Experience leading successful new plant startups or significant facility expansions.
• Demonstrated experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, robotics integration).
