Salary Range: $59,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for production, technical, and administrative roles.
• Administer employee relations, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA).
• Oversee comprehensive onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire safety orientation.
• Support performance management processes, including reviews, goal setting, and corrective action plans.
• Assist with benefits administration and provide support for payroll processing and inquiries.
• Coordinate workers' compensation claims and contribute to maintaining a safe work environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws, including OSHA regulations relevant to manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability in employee relations, conflict resolution, and conducting investigations.
• Experience with high-volume recruitment for production roles and skilled trades.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR data management.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with OSHA regulations and workplace safety programs.
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to support a diverse workforce.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Prior experience supporting a unionized workforce or labor relations.
