Job Title: Training Coordinator

Job Summary:

Develop and conduct training programs for employees. Training includes system navigation, tools for resolution, interpersonal and team skills, technical and critical thinking skills. Design both core and elective courses, prepare material and facilitate presentations. Measure program effectiveness and adapt accordingly to support department and organizational goals. Record new policy and procedures as well as monitor and complete updates needed.

Essential Functions:

The Training Lead Coordinator will work under the management of our Change Management Lead to plan, organize, and implement the Workforce Management training program. Duties include:

1. Identify training audience groups (including large populations of hybrid and remote workers, as well as on site team members)

2. Identify training subjects with the support of our Program Functional Leads.

3. Match training delivery methods (Live classroom, virtual classroom, Virtual On Demand, PDF One-Sheets, etc.) to Subject & Audience

4. Support the creation of training content in collaboration with training content creation team members.

5. Coordinate the delivery of training and measure effectiveness to support deployment of the WFM program.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
