What You'll Do

• Greet clients
• Answer phones
• Process mail – outgoing-incoming
• Print, scan, and electronic file maintenance
• Contact court staff
• Follow up calls
• Inventory of office supplies monthly
• Maintain lobby and conference rooms to always be client ready

What We're Looking For

• Experienced receptionist (in a law office preferred)
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• An ownership mindset someone who can take a project and see it through
• Significant comfort level with computers and technology
• Strong customer service skills, our clients are our top priority
• Alignment with our FASTIE values and a team-first attitude

Compensation & Benefits

• $17.96 to $23.08 per hour
• 401(k) with up to 4% match
