Salary Range: $55,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify and pursue inbound sales leads and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present product quotes, proposals, and process sales orders accurately.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their manufacturing needs.
• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, customer interactions, and manage the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and outside sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical product information and solutions to address customer inquiries.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.

Recommended Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in inside sales, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Proven ability to understand and articulate technical product information to diverse clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone presence.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes or specific industrial product categories.
• Experience utilizing CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and/or ERP systems.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications or basic engineering drawings.
• Prior B2B sales experience in a technical or industrial environment.
