Clinical Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical RN to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The RN will provide patient-centered, high-quality nursing care throughout the consultation, pre-operative, and post-operative phases, ensuring a seamless and safe patient experience. The role requires coordination with the clinical team, surgical staff, and support staff to maintain the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients before, during, and after procedures
Coordinate patient care and safety in collaboration with the Clinical and Surgical Suite teams
Assist in patient assessments, procedural support, and post-op recovery
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in the EMR
Serve as a resource for clinical staff and participate in patient education
Demonstrate professional growth and accountability in all aspects of nursing practice
Education & Experience
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
