Salary Range: $49,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive outreach (calls, emails, follow-up).
• Prepare and deliver accurate product/service quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their manufacturing needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Process customer orders efficiently, coordinating with production, logistics, and other internal departments.
• Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing products, services, and industry applications.
• Utilize CRM software to accurately log sales activities, manage customer data, and forecast sales.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably within a B2B or manufacturing environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales prospecting tools.
• Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical product specifications and value propositions.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas and targets.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with common ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or engineering terminology
• Ability to interpret basic technical drawings or product specifications
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to target markets (e.g., Spanish, German)
