This is a Banquet Server Role. Some events will be buffet style and some will be plated. Banquet Captains will be at events to advise and assist with tasks. This can be polishing silverware, table clearing, food running, water refills, etc. all shifts are a minimum of 6 hours but usually run longer. I have morning shifts starting at 6am available
