Salary Range: $84,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to secure high-quality materials at competitive prices.
• Manage supplier relationships, including performance evaluation, contract negotiation, and dispute resolution.
• Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods.
• Analyze market trends and identify new suppliers to mitigate risks and optimize the supply chain.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality departments to ensure material availability and specification adherence.
• Negotiate and manage long-term contracts and service agreements with key suppliers.
• Implement and maintain purchasing policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in purchasing or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control principles.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and advanced data analysis tools.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• PMP certification or demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional projects
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics tools for spend analysis and supplier performance optimization
• Experience with international sourcing and managing global supply chains
