Automotive Components Production Technician

Your impact
- Assemble automotive components to exact specifications
- Operate equipment with a safety-first mindset
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections for quality
- Package and prepare products for shipment
Experience with plastics, assembly, machine operation, packaging, or quality inspection helps—but the training program will prepare you even if you’re new.
Compensation and hours
- 1st Shift: $17.00/hour — Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm
- 2nd Shift: $17.60/hour — Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:00pm
- 3rd Shift: $17.60/hour — Sunday–Thursday, 11:00pm–7:00am
Starting pay: $17.00/hr with perfect attendance
Operations are running 6 days per week, offering significant overtime potential.
What you need to succeed
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Excellent attendance, positive attitude, and teamwork
- Steel-toe footwear and long pants
