Salary Range: $103,000 - $150,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet output targets and quality standards.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control systems.
• Experience with budget management, cost optimization, and P&L responsibility.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated success in implementing automation or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
