AL Licensed Practical Nurse
Schedule:
Positions include every other weekend and every other holiday
Available Shifts:
- 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. | 15 hours per two-week pay period

Education Required:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing in the State of Ohio
- Current CPR certification
- Completion of Ohio requirements for medication administration
Experience Required:
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience in senior care

The Difference You’ll Make
- Provide direct nursing care to assisted living residents in accordance with individualized service plans and physician orders
- Safely administer medications and treatments while monitoring resident response and effectiveness
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record system
- Assess and communicate changes in resident condition to the Nurse Manager, providers, and family members, and assist with follow-up care as needed
- Provide guidance and oversight to non-certified nurse aides to support safe and compassionate care delivery
- Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life within the assisted living environment
- Ensure compliance with clinical policies and applicable state and federal regulations
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and team-oriented approach with residents, families, and staff
Qualifications:
Education Required:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing in the State of Ohio
- Current CPR certification
- Completion of Ohio requirements for medication administration
Experience Required:
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience in senior care
Preferred:
- Experience in an Assisted Living setting
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Working knowledge of Ohio state rules and assisted living regulations
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to supervise and collaborate effectively with care team members
- Reliable attendance and professional work standards
- Ability to comply with all federal, state, and local health regulations, including required post-offer screenings
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
