Family Medicine Opportunity - Northern Network (Grand Rapids)

Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Family Medicine Physician to join our Primary Care team located at one of our beautiful Northern Network offices!

Our Northern Network is looking to grow by adding a new Family Medicine Physician to one of our offices located in Whitehall, Hart, Shelby, or Ludington. You will have the opportunity to practice in one of these locations that best aligns with your career goals, professional interests, and lifestyle.

• All offices are outpatient departments of our Trinity Health Shelby hospital.
• Physician will provide comprehensive Primary Care services including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop individualized patient care plans and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care.
• Each office offers great support staff, a friendly environment, and a terrific patient panel.
• All of our Northern Network offices offer a close-knit community feel and the opportunity to make a significant impact on underserved populations.
• Opportunity to teach Residents, Medical Students, and Fellows.

Qualifications:

• Open to new grads and experienced providers.
• Physicians must be board certified in their specialty, or board eligible and will become board certified within 2 years of becoming board eligible.
• State of Michigan license required at the time of employment.
• DEA license.
• BLS certification and maintain recertification.
