Salary Range: $59,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily assembly operations to ensure production schedules and quality standards are met.
• Manage, train, and develop a team of assembly technicians, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
• Monitor production output and key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing corrective actions as needed to achieve targets.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, company policies, and quality control procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality departments to resolve production issues and implement process improvements.
• Conduct regular quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with specifications and reduce rework.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review and continuous improvement efforts.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing assembly environment, with 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to train, motivate, and evaluate performance.
• Solid understanding of assembly processes, blueprints, BOMs, and quality control standards.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to address production issues and improve efficiency.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, 5S).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex) for production tracking and reporting.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Certification in a relevant safety program (e.g., OSHA 10/30-hour General Industry).
