Join University Home Care Inc as a Registered Nurse providing compassionate and skilled home health care services to patients in Dearborn, MI and the surrounding areas. This role offers flexible scheduling with competitive compensation ranging from $65.00 to $100.00 per visit. You will make a meaningful impact on patients' lives by delivering high-quality nursing care in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes, adhering to care plans and physician orders.
- Assess patient conditions, monitor progress, and document all nursing activities accurately.
- Educate patients and their families about managing illnesses, medications, and post-discharge care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company standards related to home health nursing.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in nursing, preferably in home health or related fields.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel within Dearborn and surrounding areas.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Competitive pay rate of $65.00 to $100.00 per visit.
