Salary Range: $81,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement electrical control systems for manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues on production lines and machinery to minimize downtime.
• Program, configure, and maintain Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs).
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules for electrical infrastructure and automation.
• Ensure all electrical installations and modifications comply with safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E) and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and implement electrical engineering solutions to improve process efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Create and update electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens), HMI/SCADA development, and industrial control system design.
• Experience with industrial power distribution, motor control systems, and automation integration in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and control system issues to minimize downtime.
• Familiarity with electrical safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E) and best practices for industrial environments.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET).
• Prior experience integrating or programming industrial robots.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
