Electrical Journeyman/Site Lead
Now Hiring: Licensed Electrician –Commercial / Industrial Site Lead
Swanson Electrical Services Inc. (SESI) is actively seeking a Licensed Electrician with a strong background in Commercial / industrial electrical work. This is a leadership-level opportunity for a skilled professional who is confident managing job sites and working directly with clients.
Position Overview
We are looking for someone who can:
- Lead electrical projects from start to finish as the on-site project lead
- Lead Commercial / Industrial projects including layout, installation & crew management
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and project managers
- Represent SESI with professionalism and pride in workmanship
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Michigan Journeyman or Master Electrical License
- Minimum 3–5 years of Site Lead experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC and applicable codes
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to read blueprints and manage job documentation
- Leadership experience is a strong plus
