Key Responsibilities

• Perform various welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick) according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and welding symbols.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment, including welders, grinders, and torches.
• Inspect finished welds for quality, compliance with standards, and structural integrity.
• Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, grinding, and positioning components.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Fabricate and assemble metal components and structures.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in multiple welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• AWS (American Welding Society) certification or equivalent preferred.

• Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
