Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis of manufacturing costs, variances, and production efficiencies.
• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning specific to manufacturing operations.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including actual vs. budget performance, focusing on key manufacturing KPIs.
• Analyze capital expenditure requests, performing ROI and payback period calculations for new equipment and facility upgrades.
• Monitor and analyze inventory valuation, obsolescence, and working capital efficiency within the production cycle.
• Support cost accounting activities, including standard cost development and analysis of bill of materials (BOM) impacts.
• Identify and recommend cost reduction opportunities and process improvements within manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in cost accounting and inventory management principles within manufacturing.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze operational data and provide actionable financial insights.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Understanding of manufacturing cost accounting principles (e.g., standard costing, variance analysis).
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• SQL proficiency for large dataset extraction and analysis.
