Regional Sales Director
Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Director to lead growth across a defined territory for our diagnostic testing services. This role owns regional sales strategy, revenue targets, and team leadership, driving relationships with hospitals, physician groups, and health systems. The Director will guide a high-performing team, manage key accounts, and collaborate with operations and pathology leaders. Ideal candidates bring strong healthcare sales experience, a data-driven approach, and a passion for patient-focused, quality-driven service in a growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to grow CPL's diagnostic testing services
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing regional sales team
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physician groups, and healthcare systems
- Own revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline management for the region
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and pathology teams to align growth initiatives
- Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate and manage key contracts and strategic partnerships
- Ensure sales practices reflect CPL's patient-focused, quality-driven culture
