Salary Range: $100,000 - $147,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain critical IT infrastructure and operational technology (OT) systems to ensure continuous production operations.
• Oversee cybersecurity initiatives to protect proprietary data, intellectual property, and industrial control systems (ICS).
• Lead the planning, implementation, and support of enterprise applications such as ERP, MES, and WMS relevant to manufacturing processes.
• Ensure high availability and performance of network infrastructure, servers, and endpoints across office and production environments.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective technology solutions that support manufacturing efficiency and growth.
• Manage IT vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs) for critical manufacturing software and hardware.
• Provide technical leadership and support to resolve complex IT issues impacting production, ensuring minimal downtime.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT operations and infrastructure specifically within a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in manufacturing-specific systems such as ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), MES, and SCADA/OT technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead IT teams, manage complex projects, and oversee vendor relationships.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles for industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT).
• Experience with IT strategic planning, budget management, and driving digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to leverage data analytics and technology for operational efficiency and continuous improvement in production.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or SCADA platforms.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts (e.g., IoT, AI in manufacturing, digital twin).
• Knowledge of operational technology (OT) security best practices.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
