Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Oversee all quality control processes, including inspections, testing, and product release.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.
• Manage internal and external audit programs to assess QMS effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on quality data and metrics.
• Manage supplier quality programs to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for predictive quality
• Certified Lead Auditor qualification (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 13485)
• Proficiency with specific QMS software platforms (e.g., MasterControl, SAP QM, ETQ Reliance)
