At Fleming’s, your first and most important responsibility will be creating memorable moments for our Guests. As a Host, you will be required to greet incoming and departing Guests in a welcoming manner. You will be expected to be organized, friendly, and enjoy making small talk with Guests. You should always be an example of Fleming’s warmth and hospitality including putting our Guests at ease during a wait, answer phones, and direct the calls in a prompt and professional manner.

Experience:

• Minimum one year of previous experience providing customer service
• Experience with answering customer calls and phone etiquette
