Salary Range: $73,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams on product application and integration within manufacturing processes.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend optimal product solutions for specific manufacturing challenges.
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for customers and sales personnel.
• Conduct product testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and resolve application-related issues.
• Collaborate with R&D and product development teams by providing field feedback and insights for continuous product improvement.
• Create detailed technical documentation, application notes, and best practice guides for product implementation.
• Assist with the commissioning and integration of new equipment and software into customer manufacturing lines.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and other relevant engineering tools for manufacturing applications.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and industrial equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, C#) for automation or API integration.
• Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies such as additive manufacturing, collaborative robotics, or vision systems.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification/experience.
• Proficiency with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Prior experience in technical sales support or delivering product training.
