Salary Range: $74,000 - $113,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy, minimize stockouts, and reduce carrying costs.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts and workflows to optimize space utilization and material flow.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and operational procedures.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems and technologies.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and other departments to meet manufacturing and customer demands.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse efficiency and accuracy.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse operations management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience with safety regulations, OSHA compliance, and efficient warehouse layout optimization.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• - Certification in Forklift Operation and knowledge of safe material handling practices.
• - Proficiency in inventory management software and WMS (Warehouse Management System) implementation.
• - Familiarity with quality control procedures and experience in handling non-conforming materials.
• - Proven ability to train and develop warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
