We’re looking for someone who can handle high call volume, stay sharp under pressure, and consistently turn conversations into booked appointments.
This is not a “figure it out yourself” role.
You’ll follow a proven system , get real coaching, and know exactly how you’re performing every day.
What you’ll do:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls
- Identify customer needs
- Set qualified appointments with decision-makers
- Track activity and follow a structured process
This is for you if you:

- Want clear expectations and measurable results
Our Inside Sales Agents earn an average of $24-$26 per hour, with top performers routinely earning above $30/hr+, and we love weekly Spiffs/Contests to further enhance earning potential!
