Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies across manufacturing operations.
• Identify, analyze, and eliminate process inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks using data-driven problem-solving techniques.
• Facilitate and manage continuous improvement projects from conception through to successful implementation and sustainment.
• Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to employees at all levels on CI principles, tools, and problem-solving techniques.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and quantify financial savings or efficiency gains.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, engaging employees in problem-solving and fostering a mindset of ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CI practices into daily operations and support new product introduction processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
• 5+ years of continuous improvement experience in manufacturing operations.
• Proven leadership in managing complex improvement projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, training, and change management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for communicating insights.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) from a process optimization perspective.
• Experience implementing Industry 4.0 or digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing.
