Entry-Level General Labor positions available in Litchfield on 1st and 2nd shift. This role includes part finishing, light assembly, and working on the powder coat line.

General Labor Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available ( Monday through Friday )

• 1st shift 5:00am-1:30pm. If overtime working until 3:30pm. $17/hr.
• 2nd shift 1:30pm-10:00pm. If overtime working until 12:00am. $17/hr.
• Perform part finishing duties such as sanding, grinding, or cleaning metal parts.
• Assist with basic product assembly using hand tools or simple equipment.
• Hang, prep(wash), and paint application on the powder coat line.

General Labor Qualifications:

• No previous experience required – training provided.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Attention to detail.
• Steel Toes Required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
