The Opportunity
The Associate Product Manager will support the overall Product Management team activities and represent the customers and stakeholders of the product. They will support the business / customer / stakeholder relationship and drive the associated deliverables to support the development and execution of product strategies that align with our business objectives. This requires a dedicated and focused professional to measure and monitor product offering effectiveness, review customer data, to understand the story behind the numbers, and to recommend enhancements/improvements to product offerings based on sound analysis. As a member of our Product Management team, you will be required to respond quickly to business opportunities as they arise while maintaining day-to-day operational activities, assisting in managing the product lifecycle, from discovery, ideation and launch.
The Work Itself
- Works closely with the product development team(s) providing guidance regarding scope, release content and priority
- Supports the product development activities as required (e.g. journey & user mapping, sprint planning & grooming, etc.)
- Assess our products in comparison to our competition and other leading auctions implementations, standard methodologies and offer suggestions grounded in usability and market position
- Supervise the overall market and driven dynamics
- Stay apprised of new technologies, data initiatives and recommend their integration into the product roadmap
- Play key role with process of generating, developing, and curating new insights brought by the business/customers/collaborators
- Provide data and analysis to develop return on investment models, valuation, and total cost of ownership (TCO) for possible new features and functionality
- Responsible for the delivery of the product's critical initiatives from idea intake through deployment and release to the market
- Facilitate the Go To Market activities for new products or services
- Plan and communicate product roadmap priorities and strategy to key team members
- Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product improvements through deep analysis
- Identify and maintain product dashboard to monitor real-time product health, product baselines to validate feature release goals/value
The Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of automotive, vehicle remarketing preferred
- 3+ years of product management experience with a demonstrable track record of results
- Understanding and involvement with agile software product development methodologies

Base Pay Range:
An individual's position in the range is determined by the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.
