• This is an amazing opportunity to join our public accounting firm in a key role as an Audit Manager.

• Audit Manager is responsible for completing and supervising more complex audit and assurance engagements, providing exceptional client service, and providing guidance to other team members.

• Audit Manager communicates directly with clients to provide exceptional service and assistance regarding audit engagements, maintains a high level of client relationship management, and plays a key role in strategic planning and business development initiatives.

• Assume all responsibility for audit, compilation or review engagements.

• Ensure financial statements and letters of recommendation are prepared in accordance with professional and firm standards.

• Assume service responsibility for clients delegated from Partner and works closely with partners in regards to client support for whom they may work directly. Able to anticipate problems/barriers and helps develop plans to address.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in accounting or closely corresponding field.

• Hold current and valid Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license. A member in good standing with AICPA.

• Seven (7) to twelve (12) years of experience desired in public accounting, demonstrating a progression in complexity of audit knowledge, scope and research; and accounting tasks.

• Five (5) recent experience preferred interacting and developing client relationships.

• Three (3) years of recent experience preferred supervising and directing work of staff.

• Public accounting audit: 7 years (Required)

• Supervisory: 3 years (Required)

• Client relationship management: 5 years (Required)
