A people manager role that supervises the daily activities of support team members, sets priorities for the team, coordinates work activities with other managers. Problem solving is guided by using policies and procedures; receives guidance and oversight from their manager.
Kelly Services’ Senior Solutions Architect supports sales opportunities from customer brief to contract signature. Design compelling and best in class RPO solutions that differentiate the KellyOCG RPO offering. Delivery of high quality, customer centric outputs that help KellyOCG win and grow RPO business with new-logo and current customers.
Work with colleagues across the organization to develop innovative and creative RPO processes, tools and solutions that anticipate and respond to our customers’ needs, placing KellyOCG as a leader in our markets. Leads cross-functional teams to design and deliver complex, scalable, and secure solutions.
- Collaborate with RPO Sales Team to fully understand customer needs before and during the RFP process – including key pain points, desired outcomes and KellyOCG win themes.
- Take the lead in developing the KellyOCG ‘RPO solution design’ in response to customer RFPs – co-ordinate the input of sales, operations, bid support, deal shaping, implementation and other SMEs to produce the most impactful and competitive solution possible for each opportunity.
- Collaborate with sales and deal shaping to develop innovative, competitive and sustainable pricing structures for each new opportunity.
- Collaborate with sales, bid support and operations to deliver the best possible bid responses, taking ownership of:
- Drafting key sections of our response in particular relating to solution design, team structure, geographic coverage, flexibility, technology and sourcing approach.
- Collaborating with sales to ensure the agreed win themes run through our entire response - reviewing the entire bid to ensure it is consistent with our solution design.
- Collaborate with sales, bid support and operations to develop engaging and compelling presentation content and design to bring our solutions to life at pitch stage.
- Agree on pitch content and agenda to maximize our opportunity to win including providing key content for inclusion.
- Actively participate in design discussions to ensure pitch materials reflect customer needs and priorities.
- Present key solution design elements of pitch presentation, in particular relating to solution design, team structure, geographic coverage, flexibility, technology and sourcing approach.
- Take responsibility for the RFP response process once an opportunity has been identified, ensuring all deadlines are met – owning the pursuit checklist.
- Responsible for ensuring that all required stakeholders (operations, deal shaping, implementation, SMEs etc.) are engaged during the solution design and bid process
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:
- 10+ years’ industry experience, of which, a minimum of 3 years required designing and selling recruitment solutions focused on the RPO solution.
- Strong knowledge and proven track record in the workforce solutions industry
- Experience with operational aspects of RPO Solutions.
- Ability to understand financial concepts to make pricing decisions
- Possesses outstanding written and oral communication
- Able to be flexible and agile in responding to evolving business priorities and dealing with ambiguity
- Able to collaborate across the organization and with external stakeholders
- Proven success in applying innovative and creative problem-solving skills
- Keeps abreast of important domestic and global trends that impact the business or organization (technological, competitive, social, economic, etc.)
- Able to travel domestically (and internationally if needed)
- Global Knowledge: Knowledge and understanding of our business, capabilities and solutions administered and supported globally.
- Specific Regional RPO Knowledge : Knowledge of the RPO market in the Americas, including an understanding of the competitive landscape and typical solutions across North and South America.
- Cultural Awareness: Understanding cultural differences between regions and countries and ability to adapt to working style accordingly.
- Communication: Ability to communicate messages clearly, concisely, and persuasively in person, in presentations and in written content. A strong focus on customer centric communications always.
- Ability to Collaborate: Ability to build strong relationships across and outside the organization to drive future business.
Base pay range for this position is $120,075– $160,100 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
