We are seeking a highly analytical and compliance-focused International Trade Specialist to contribute significantly to the efficiency of our global supply chain. This role involves managing complex international trade activities, ensuring strict compliance with regulations, and leveraging data analysis to streamline processes. salary: $28.5 - $30 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• International Trade Management: Oversee and execute various trade activities, including classification, Free Trade Agreement (FTA) certifications, and compliance with all import/export regulations.
• Data Analysis and Classification: Conduct data analysis and research to accurately determine Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classification , country of origin, and FTA eligibility for products.
• Documentation and Data Integrity: Maintain accurate and up-to-date trade data, including import/export item master data, supplier databases, and FTA certificates.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Proven experience in a role involving international trade, import/export compliance, or supply chain analysis.
• Analytical Proficiency: strong ability to analyze data, conduct research, and interpret complex regulatory frameworks (HTS, FTA).
• Supply Chain Optimization: Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain by coordinating material and information flow, conducting supply chain analysis, and identifying areas for improvement.
