Salary Range: $48,000 - $69,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Manage payroll processing, including deductions, benefits, and tax filings.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations accurately and promptly.
• Maintain the general ledger, posting journal entries and ensuring data integrity.
• Track and reconcile inventory costs and raw materials for manufacturing operations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation.
• Prepare and submit sales tax and other statutory filings.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle bookkeeping, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Ability to prepare financial statements and support month-end close processes.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with inventory management principles.
• Exposure to cost accounting concepts.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
