Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of manufacturing projects, including new product introductions, process improvements, and equipment installations.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, production, quality, supply chain) to achieve project objectives and integrate deliverables into manufacturing operations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Monitor project progress, report status to stakeholders, and ensure adherence to manufacturing quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement activities for project-specific materials, equipment, and services.
• Facilitate post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and manufacturing processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex projects within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding and application of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Lean).
• Technical acumen with manufacturing processes, production equipment, and supply chain principles.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional team management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, budget, schedule, and risks effectively.
• Proficiency with project management software and relevant ERP systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with CAD or PLM software for product development and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, automation) in a manufacturing context.
