Hospice Executive Director - Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and maintaining high standards of patient care.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or a related field preferred; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven leadership experience within the hospice or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of hospice regulations and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial plans effectively.
