???? The Role: Customer Service Manager

This role is responsible for leading and managing a multidisciplinary respiratory customer service team, ensuring high-quality care for patients with chronic respiratory conditions while driving operational performance, team development, and compliance across multiple locations.

???? What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or related field.

• An experienced professional with a background in respiratory therapy, DME, or pulmonary practice.

• Comfortable managing both people and processes in a fast-paced healthcare environment

• Driven to improve patient care through leadership, metrics, and teamwork

• Skilled in staff development, patient communication, and healthcare operations

???? What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and support a team of customer service professionals

• Oversee the management and coordination of respiratory care for a large patient base

• Monitor KPIs, implement process improvements, and ensure DME compliance

• Provide training, mentorship, and performance management

• Collaborate with cross-functional departments and leadership to optimize patient outcomes

• Monitors the daily telephone statistics to ensure calls are answered in a timely manner

• Travel to satellite locations in Florida and Indiana as needed
