Part-Time Direct Care Worker – 3rd Shift

Job Type:
Part-Time (24–32 hours/week)
Shifts Available:
- 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
Includes every other weekend and holiday rotation.

Join a team that truly values its residents and employees. Green Acres of Cadillac is a warm, welcoming assisted living home seeking compassionate, dependable Direct Care Workers to support our elderly residents with their daily living needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility
- Administer medications as directed (after training)
- Support residents in following their healthcare plans
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain a safe and clean environment
- Accurately document care provided
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- No prior experience or license required— we provide paid on-the-job training!
- A caring attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic are essential
