Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily production operations to meet output targets and deadlines.
• Develop and implement production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow optimization strategies.
• Ensure all manufactured products meet established quality standards and specifications.
• Lead, train, and mentor production staff, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious work environment.
• Monitor production metrics, analyze data, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
