This is a full-time Master Automotive Technician position in Grand Rapids, Michigan .

At Ervine’s Auto Repair & Grand Rapids Hybrid and EV , you’ll work with factory-level tools, smart teammates, leadership that listens, and a facility known across West Michigan for technical excellence. We handle a strong mix of modern ICE vehicles along with hybrids and EVs, giving you the variety you’re used to and the advanced training most shops can’t offer.

You May Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have 6 - 10 years of professional automotive technician experience.
• Can confidently perform maintenance and light to moderate diagnostics and repairs.
• Are licensed (or eligible) as a Michigan Mechanic.
• Have a valid Michigan driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Want to expand into hybrid and EV systems or deepen your expertise.
• Thrive in a shop that values teamwork, growth, and customer trust.
• Are within a reasonable commute to Grand Rapids, or planning a local move.
