Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical failures in production machinery.
• Install, calibrate, and commission new industrial equipment and systems.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify wear, defects, and potential operational issues.
• Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory accurately.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including LOTO, during all maintenance procedures.
• Collaborate with production personnel to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintaining and repairing industrial machinery within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, and industrial control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and basic programming.
• Proficiency in welding (MIG, TIG, Stick).
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
