Benefits Enrollment Specialist

AO Globe Life is hiring experienced professionals to support veterans and their families through virtual benefit consultations. This fully remote role offers schedule flexibility, structured training, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact—without cold calling or outbound prospecting. All client appointments are warm and pre-qualified.

This position is ideal for professionals who value service, integrity, and long-term relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Host scheduled Zoom consultations with clients

• Clearly explain supplemental life, accident, and health benefit options

• Guide clients through enrollment and provide ongoing policy support

• Maintain accurate digital records while ensuring compliance standards

• Participate in weekly training sessions, team development calls, and leadership workshops
