Salary Range: $49,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex machinery breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Execute corrective maintenance activities and respond to urgent repair requests.
• Install, commission, and relocate new and existing production equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment history.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, including hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Proven experience performing preventative and reactive maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing PLC-controlled machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Commitment to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• High school diploma or GED; vocational training or an Associate's degree in a technical field preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in welding (MIG, TIG, Stick) and basic fabrication.
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Certification in HVAC, refrigeration, or boiler systems.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement initiatives.
